I just have to take a moment to rave about the incredible cakes made by Halima for my sister's wedding! She truly is a wonderful lady and an amazing baker. We had three tiers: a zesty lemon tier, a rich pistachio tier, and a delightful raspberry and white chocolate tier.
Each layer was absolutely divine! The lemon tier was perfectly tangy and refreshing, a perfect way to start the celebration. The pistachio tier was rich and nutty, with just the right amount of sweetness that left everyone wanting more. And the raspberry and white chocolate tier? It was a heavenly combination of tart and sweet, and it looked stunning on the cake table.
Halima’s attention to detail and passion for her craft really shone through in every bite. I can’t thank her enough for making our special day even sweeter! Everyone loved her cake! We shared some out and had none left. The second day we ate it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful and delicious cakes!
