Please note all our Celebration Cakes and Weddings Cakes are covered in Chocolate Ganache to compliment your chosen sponge. This is usually White Chocolate Ganache, but we do occasionally use Milk or Dark Chocolate.
Please specify if you have a preference.
For taller cakes, or in warmer weather the ganache can be up to 1/4" thick for extra stability.
